issue in PureChat report

Hello AxoSoft team, Please check the screenshot below. You may have notice that the availability graph looks OK, however within the operator stats there is no Green area anywhere. That means I can't really tell which operator was available when. Can you please advise and potentially fix this issue? I get the same error on a daily basis in the email report that I receive.
